Corporate transactions and asset protection planning are also part of Michael’s practice. He has extensive experience in the areas of elder law, estate and trust administration, charitable and philanthropic planning, and special needs planning.

Michael enjoys working with families and family-owned businesses, in order to advise his clients on how best to navigate the various issues that arise regarding the transition of wealth between generations.  Accordingly, Michael regularly works with not only his clients but also their advisers, including CPAs and financial advisors, to ensure that a team approach is used in order to achieve his clients’ ultimate goals while also protecting them throughout the process.
